Lori is very passionate about teaching Pilates and educating people about their bodies. She teaches with compassion and with intellect. She brings a smile and positive energy to every session and class. She strives to offer each client an enjoyable experience.
Her style of training incorporates Pilates as a foundation to building core stabilization, balance, posture, and mobility; then progressing it with other functional exercises that continuously challenge strength, endurance, control, and coordination. Nutrition and health coaching is also a huge part of the equation, and it is offered for every individualized program.

The Pilates method includes more than 500 specifically designed movements performed on five major pieces of unique apparatus or for the mat work, no apparatus at all. The movements are efficient and fluid and require muscle control, coordination, balance, concentration and precision. Integrating these with strength, stability, flexibility and breathing, the Pilates method is the perfect workout for all ages and fitness levels
