One on One Personal Training consists of an individually created program which includes body measurements and tests, nutrition consultations, and 30 to 60 minutes of training for you to reach your unique fitness/wellness goals.
Private Pilates on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Mat are offered separately or in combination with one on one training sessions.
Semi Private are created for 2 people with similar fitness goals to motivate one another while still being provided with individual guidance and technique.
Lori integrates Pilates Techniques with Personal Training Modalities, particularly with proper breathing techniques and pelvic alignment that is necessary for building a core foundation and enabling your body’s “power house”. A strong core is the basis of improved spinal health, posture, and injury reduction. An assessment of your stability and strength will be determined your first day, and from there your program will be a constant and exciting progression!
